Returns Policy

What is your return policy?


30-day return policy subject to approval.
Returns are accepted, provided the item(s) meet these conditions:
- Unwashed
- Unworn
- Original tags still attached

Additional return conditions for Footwear include:
- Full set of shoes
- Both sets of laces
- Dust bags
- Physical case

Please note that any shipping fees on the original order are final and will not be refunded.
Can I exchange instead of return?

Currently, exchanges are only offered in our Canada Goose Stores (for purchases placed at our Australian store). We are unable to offer exchanges online.

How do I return online?

Online orders can be returned online using a Canada Goose complimentary return label. Canada Goose does not accept returns shipped without a Canada Goose return label.

To request a return, please follow the return instructions provided in your original order package.

1. We appreciate all of your feedback so that we can continue to improve your experience with us. Please provide the reason for your return on the return instructions provided in the original package.
2. Place the packing slip and parcel into the shipping box. DO NOT SEAL THE PACKAGE, a DHL agent will verify the contents of the package prior to acceptance of the shipment.
3. Attach the shipping label visibly on the outside of the box
4. Please book your free collection with DHL Express.
5. If you have arranged a pickup, your DHL driver will collect your parcel from your address. Your driver will confirm the pick-up with a receipt.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO KEEP THE RECEIPT ISSUED UPON COLLECTION.
6. Seal the package.
7. It may take up to 14 business days for your return to be processed and show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Please note, returns that are not authorized will not be processed.

How do I return in store?

Online purchases cannot be returned to stores. Any online returns must be communicated with our Customer Service team.
